Our old apartment listings are also still available below:

Apartment complexes of 20 or more units in areas served by the Ann Arbor post office or the Ann Arbor Public Schools. “Central Ann Arbor” is within walking distance of downtown or one of the three U-M campuses. Rents are current as of mid-2008. Year of construction is noted when available. Complexes named for their addresses are listed by street name (for example, 315 S. Division is alphabetized under D). For more detailed listings, including units currently available, see arborweb.rentlinx.com.

To locate a complex on the map, use the number and coordinates at the end of each listing.

The Ann Arbor Housing Commission provides apartments for seniors, people with disabilities, and low-income families. Rent is the greatest of 30 percent of a tenant’s adjusted monthly income, 10 percent of gross monthly income, or a minimum of $50—or a flat rent based on number of bedrooms. The commission manages 355 units at 19 sites and 1,400 Section 8 vouchers. When the City Guide went to press in mid-2008, wait lists for public housing and Section 8 vouchers were closed. For current status, email elindsley@a2gov.org or visit www.a2gov.org/services/otherservices/housing.
