The Guy C. Larcom Jr. City Hall and the new Ann Arbor Justice Center are located at 301 E. Huron. The mailing address is P.O. Box 8647, AA 48107.
While City Hall renovations continue, the following services and staffs temporarily remain located at 2000 S. Industrial. Their move to City Hall (first floor) is expected during the second half of 2011. These include: appeal board applications (zoning, sign, housing, historic district, building) building and trade permit services, construction plan review, grading and soil erosion control review and inspections. peddler and solicitor licenses, rental housing services, right-of-way and sidewalk occupancy permits, and sign and zoning compliance permits.
Customer service (including counters for tax and water bill payments), human resources, and public services administration offices have returned to City Hall. The parking ticket payment counter has moved to the Justice Center. Enter at the corner of Fifth Ave. and Huron.
