The Ark: Horse Feathers

Country-folk chamber quartet from Portland (OR) led by Idaho- bred singer-songwriter Justin Ringle. “Horse Feathers constructs music out of fragile whispers and half-remembered dreams, eagerly filling in the gaps between Sufjan Stevens and Iron & Wine on the American indie-folk continuum,” says Paste Magazine writer Matt Fink in his review of House with No Home, the band’s 2008 debut on the Kill Rock Stars label.
